  • Can I customise my packaging materials?
         We currently do not offer customisation services.

 

  • How long does it take for standard delivery?

         It should take between 2 - 5 working days to reach you.

         Kindly note that slight delays are expected during festive and sales period.

 

  • Can I arrange for a specific date and time slot for my delivery?

    Timeslot delivery is not available for standard delivery. If you require timeslot delivery, please opt for express delivery option instead, which will require a flat fee of S$20.

     

  • I have yet to receive my parcel. What should I do?

    If you have yet to receive your parcel within 7 working days, kindly email us at hello@thepackpenguin.com

     

  • I missed my parcel delivery. What will happen?

    Not to worry! There will be 2 more free attempts by the courier to redeliver your parcel. 

     

  • What happens if I missed all the parcel delivery attempts?

    A re-delivery fee of $5 will apply. Alternatively, you can pick up your items from our warehouse.

     

  • What should I do if I received the wrong order?

    Kindly email us with your order ID/proof of purchase, a picture of the item you’ve received as well as a picture of the shipping label.

     

  • I made a wrong order, can I exchange it for other items?

    Exchanges can be made at our warehouse during operating hours.

    Please make an appointment with us via email at hello@thepackpenguin.com within 7 days of receiving the items.

    We have the right to reject your exchange request if the items are not in its original condition.
